Hotel links marked as "Required" must be used when booking a hotel for that specific tournament.  All other hotel links are suggested hotel links by the tournament director, as there may be special pricing provided, and are not mandatory.  TBD hotels will be available very soon and "Team Discretion" can be booked individually or by team parent for group.  Parents/Families are responsible for travel arrangements/hotel reservations to tournaments.  Team Parents may offer to reserve a block of hotel rooms for certain tournaments, but it is not required that they do this.
